Everyone was extremely helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that my first service was free since I bought my car at this dealer. The price otherwise would have been less pricey than expected. I also was grateful for the free car wash since I am so busy.

It is very apparent that First Kia is trying hard to engender customer satisfaction. My family has recently purchased two cars from your dealership, and our decision was based as much on the quality of service as much as it was the product. Its nice to know that good service just doesnt end when the car is sold!

I would not buy any other car than Kia and this is specifically because of your service/parts dept. You could not have any people more personable or caring in this dept. I feel as if they take care of me and my car as if I am a family member or someone they really care about. I could not be more satisfied with the service I receive from your dealership.
