Brian was my service advisor and he, too, took the time to answer all of my questions. I waited a short time for my car to be ready and was charged a very reasonable price. Both men are friendly and professional. I am loyal to KIA because of this service department. My 2012 Optima is a reliable turbo that is fun to drive because it has a lot of torque. It is worth keeping and servicing because this dealer charges less than other dealer service departments.
