Гарантийное обслуживание 12 вольтовой батареи! Не глушился и не заводился автомобиль с кнопки. Через ААА сделал запрос на помощь, приехал специалист с внешней батареей, но запуск двигателя не удалось произвести, вызвал эвакуатор, привезли в first Kia, там провели диагностику и зарядку батареи 12 вольтовой! В пятницу отдал авто во вторник забрал. На время устранения причин неисправности дали подменный автомобиль. Потрачено с моей стороны 0$, спасибо сервисменам - профессиональные и вежливые ребята!

Both men are friendly and professional. I am loyal to KIA because of this service department. My 2012 Optima is a reliable turbo that is fun to drive because it has a lot of torque. It is worth keeping and servicing because this dealer charges less than other dealer service departments.
