Best service

A couple of weeks ago, we were reunited with our dear little KIA Forte. She had been in for service for a warranty repair. We are so grateful to the staff at First KIA. We purchased this little doll at this dealership nearly ten years ago. She is running like a charm again. We are definitely now a full-fledged KIA family.... especially after our top notch service experience. We cannot say enough good things about our service advisor, Brian Keelan. He kept us updated and communicated with us beautifully. He is kind, efficient, and has a nice, calming demeanor. We love our litte KIA buggy. She's a great car. We are happy to give good reviews for our service experience at KIA. Brian is great to work with, very knowledgeable and resourceful. They also have a nice waiting area for service and kind, helpful staff. Thank you First KIA Simi! and thank you Brian! p.s. they also do a beautiful car wash!

Joe Tarani was kind and helpful showing me the car I was interested in and answering my questions and Johnny Kia was great at working out the numbers and offering me a great deal.

I had such an amazing experience with the service department today. They took care of any issues I had and made sure I understood everything needing to be done. They went out of the way to make my little girls happy with coloring books qnd puzzles. They are all super kind and I definitely felt i could trust what they say.

I had a scheduled appointment today, 5/30/2025@1130am. My service advisor was Sang, he was very professional and courteous and I can really appreciate that. I was looking for a Kia Sorento with a specific trim and color so I called a few Kia’s to get a sense for which buying experience would be the most positive. First Kia in Simi was the third Kia I called and was thankfully connected with Cody. I have a very demanding job and a 1 year old so I wanted to spend the least amount of time looking for the perfect fit. Cody has a straightforward and transparent approach to car sales, not to mention, I enjoyed getting to know him throughout the process. I highly recommend asking for Cody if you want a positive and easy Kia buying experience. I was in and out of the dealership within two hours with my beautiful car.

Let me begin by saying I researched Car and Driver, Consumer Reports and Edmund’s and Kia was at the top of the list. But I did do my due diligence and went to a total of 5 different dealerships and test drove over 7 different vehicles. And at one dealership not one person out of about 16 salesmen approached me. That was not the case at Kia of Simi Valley. I was welcomed by Joe as soon as I entered the lot the first time. He was friendly, helpful and not the typical heavy handed salesman. Then I returned another day to test drive a couple of cars and Cody opened the door and welcomed me with a sincere smile and desire to assist me. He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions and the entire process was low stress and low pressure. I felt he was looking out for my best interests which was very comforting. Plus Kia has the best bumper to bumper warranty coverage in town so I knew I was in good hands. Overall, this was probably the most positive experience I have ever had buying a car. From start to finish every hand that helped me was a wonderful representation for Kia. I may have walked into the showroom with a handful of unknown salesmen, but when I left, I felt like I had a pack of brothers looking out for me and wishing me well.
