I’ve gone to Kia in Simi Valley as long as I’ve had my car 12 years. I always get good service. Sang always helps me and he’s very good. I Was disappointed though, because I was told I had a radiator leak and a few other things, but the price to get it fixed was up above and beyond way too expensive. Just to get the radiator fixed, they wanted $1750 of which $955 was labor. I went to another local mechanic and to get a new radiator, A cabin filter and an my air filter It was $948.out the door. I will continue to go there for my oil change, but any major work I will have to go somewhere else.

Sang took good care of my Sorento. He was quick and efficient. My car was washed and looked perfect. Customer lounge could use a little updating, but I appreciated the charging stations and the coffee station.

We are very happy with our vehicle. We had a good experience at first Kia. Fernando was very good with us. Made us feel at ease. No pressure, polite, kind knowledgeable, going through the finance process with Henry the finance manager was amazing he is extremely knowledgeable, happy person, and patient with our questions. The vehicles today require a lot of education with all the features and electronics. You’re basically buying a computer with your car, so buying a car earlier in the day leaves more time to work with the sales associate, although they do offer time to come back, which we will probably have to do
