I recently had a service done to my 2021 Kia Forte at First Kia. Everything went as it should. Prompt service, chatted about the cars needs and recommendations without it becoming a sales pitch, quoted a price and a time it would be done. They got to work, the service was completed on time and slightly less than I was quoted, and the car was freshly washed. I couldn't ask for anything more than that.

When we first pulled up we weren't hounded by sales people and there was no pressure. Great team to work with including The Finance associate Henry, we truly appreciate Arlynne for all her help in getting everything set up in the car with us.
