Both Brians in the service writer positions were excellent - kept me informed as to progress and notification when to anticipate my Tellieide being available for retrieval - car returned clean and washed - costs for service were very reasonable and the assurance that genuine KIA parts were used was a bonus - And YES there is a Johnny Kia - I ran into him while walking around the showroom - didn't see Mr. PICKLE but maybe he was out to lunch -

After looking at Hyundai, we headed to First Kia to check out the Telluride, which was the Kia we were most interested in. When we arrived, we met Arylnne, who did an excellent job thoroughly showing us the Telluride and explaining its many features. Unfortunately, the power was out in the neighborhood, so we couldn’t review any numbers and had to return the following day.
