Our sales rep Joe took his time with us and really encouraged us to look at everything. He applied no pressure, but was consistent even after we made it clear we weren’t sure if we wanted to make a deal. The whole process was smooth once we made a decision on getting a new car. They offered us amazing trade in value, cut us a great deal, and threw in everything I asked for. I will be recommending my family to come to First Kia with their new car needs.

She sent me videos of the car and kept me updated on its status via messages and phone calls. Arlynne answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in order. When she handed me over to Henry S. for the paperwork, he was just as friendly and helpful. He answered my remaining questions and made sure that all the necessary paperwork was completed before I left the dealership with complete confidence in my decision. I also had interactions with other staff members, who were all incredibly kind and welcoming.
