I was having difficulty with the service dept. I needed to make some calls and didn't have my phone. I went to the sales room to ask for help. Ryan Brown was there and offered his phone. first i had to find phone numbers on the internet and he let me use his computer. then i noticed i lost a bag i had. he went to the customer lounge to retrieve it, though i offered to go. he just did everything to help me. he is the very definition of "customer service". I'm sure he would be the same way when it comes to sales.

Had to get towed in on a Saturday. Was worried the service department would be closed. But they were not. Brian immediately jumped on helping me out. I need special tires because I have an EV9. I didn't realize this before, but apparently EV tires are insanely expensive, because the cars are so heavy. But Brian looked at all of the deals and specials and made sure I got a great price. He saved me a ton of money and got them ordered quickly and installed. Definitely appreciate how he went the extra mile for me. Could have easily said this is the price. He knew my car was stuck there. First Kia will continue to keep my business if they keep looking out for the customer like this.

First KIA of Simi Valley took exceptional care of both me and my KIA Soul. I came in for service, and while working on the car, the team performed a full safety inspection. They found a small leak in the radiator — something I never would have caught on my own — and immediately let me know. Brian explained everything clearly and without pressure. He told me the parts needed to be ordered and could arrive the next day, and then did something that really stood out: he offered me a loaner vehicle so I could get home and still take care of my errands. That level of thoughtfulness made the whole situation feel easy instead of stressful. The pricing was another pleasant surprise. The service cost was not only lower than the estimate from the dealer closer to my home — it was even lower than Brian’s original estimate. And the radiator repair ended up being fully covered under warranty. My Soul is running beautifully now, and I left feeling genuinely cared for. Honest communication, fair pricing, and real kindness — that’s what makes this place special. Fantastic customer service. The entire staff was so helpful and most importantly not pushy and salesy. Showed me all the vehicles and I felt very educated and relaxed even shopping for a new car with a toddler. Great staff and great location and went home with a beautiful Kia, carnival hybrid! This is hands down the best Kia dealership I've been to. I've purchased and serviced cars at both the Ventura and Glendale locations, and neither comes close to the exceptional service at First Kia. Every interaction I've had with them has been wonderful, starting from the moment I called to schedule my service appointment. I had my service and recall completed here, and the experience was outstanding. I recently moved to Simi, just a few blocks from the dealership, so this was my first time visiting this location. Brian Fox was my service advisor, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. He kept me updated on my vehicle and clearly explained everything that needed to be done. One of my coworkers also brings her car here and always speaks highly of Brian, and now I completely understand why. This was probably the best experience I've ever had at a Kia dealership. They definitely have a lifelong customer in me now, and when I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle, I will absolutely be buying it here. Thank you, Brian and the entire First Kia team, for all your help!

Can't get anyone to answer the phone. So much for customer service. I'll just go back to my old mechanic. He answers the phone and is half the price. I have $140,000 dollars of new KIA's in my driveway. They won't be going to Simi Valley KIA So, I complained about this dealer not answering the phone and I get a nice reply from the management. I didn't reply to his response but I did set an appointment online and had my 2024 Sportage service today. I was met by Brian Keelan the service advisor. He was very pleasant and he took care of me immediately. He then informed me that I had two open recalls and said he could do them both while I waited and he could get me out around 10AM. I said okay, sounds good. About 9:15 Brian told me they are washing my car and he is almost done with the paperwork. I was out of there before 10AM. Brian has the perfect customer facing skills. Great communication and stays on top of your concerns. Brian had no idea I came in with a soar taste in my mouth. I mentioned to Brian I would be bring in my Niro for service and he said "here's my card just call me and I will set it up for you" Excellent service, nice waiting area with WIFI and plenty of shopping walking distance. I give an A+++ for my service experience

I've been taking my car to First Kia approximately five years now and they have always been professional, courteous, and transparent with issues that arise. The staff are so helpful and friendly, yet professional woth the best customer service. 🙂 This last time I brought my car in after it had broken down and sadly it needed a new engine. Brian made a crappy situation sooooooo much better. He always told me what was going on. Was so kind when i had a mini breakdown after finding out how bad it was lol and even texted me on his day off to explain everything. He went above and beyond every step of the way. And have to add had so much patience with my million questions. Every time i've gone to another Kia dealership they have somehow been dishonest or overcharged. It's how I ended up at first kia. And let me tell you something. I'm never going anywhere else. Thanks so much First Kia for being so awesome!!! And Brian....seriously, thank you for everything you did. Sincerely, your forever customer (as long as I drive a Kia 😉)
